Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel:

  • at any time, subject to plan terms

After cancellation:

  • your store may move to a limited or inactive state
  • access to certain features may be restricted

Refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • usage already consumed
  • regional regulations

Usage-based charges (such as credits already used) are generally non-refundable.

Credits after cancellation

  • unused credits may expire or be forfeited
  • promotional credits typically cannot be refunded
