Cancellation & Refunds¶

Cancelling your subscription¶
You can cancel:
- from the billing dashboard
- at any time, subject to plan terms
After cancellation:
- your store may move to a limited or inactive state
- access to certain features may be restricted
Refund policy¶
Refund eligibility depends on:
- the type of charge
- usage already consumed
- regional regulations
Usage-based charges (such as credits already used) are generally non-refundable.
Credits after cancellation¶
- unused credits may expire or be forfeited
- promotional credits typically cannot be refunded
