Requirements¶
Before enabling Shiprocket:
- Active Shiprocket account
- Verified pickup address
- KYC completed with Shiprocket
COD and prepaid orders¶
Shiprocket can handle:
- prepaid shipments
- COD shipments (with settlement timelines)
Best practices¶
- Test with a sample shipment
- Verify pickup address and contact details
- Regularly monitor shipment status for delays
