Order cancellations can happen before or after payment, depending on circumstances.

When orders can be cancelled

  • Customer requests cancellation
  • Payment fails or expires
  • Item is unavailable
  • Suspected fraud or incorrect order

Cancellation timing

Before fulfillment

  • Order can be cancelled fully
  • Inventory is released
  • Refund may be initiated automatically

After partial fulfillment

  • Only unshipped items can be cancelled
  • Shipped items may require return instead

Refund handling

  • Prepaid orders may trigger refunds
  • COD orders may not require refund processing
