Receipts¶
The Receipts section allows you to manage, customize, and control the invoices and receipts generated for customer orders. Receipts are used for order confirmation, accounting, taxation, and customer communication.
Store Receipts¶
Store receipts are active receipt layouts that are used when orders are placed.
Receipt List¶
- View all added receipts
- See which receipt is currently Active
- Quickly switch or customize a receipt layout
Actions¶
- Customize – Edit the selected receipt design and content
- More options (⋯) – Manage receipt settings or replace layouts
Only one receipt can be active at a time. The active receipt is used for all new orders.
Receipt Templates¶
Receipt templates are predefined layouts that can be added to your store.

Add a Template¶
- Click Add to include a template in your store receipts
- Once added, the template can be customized and activated
Templates help you quickly create professional invoices without starting from scratch.

Customize the appearance and content of each receipt.

Controls¶
- Save – Apply changes to the receipt
- Revert to default – Restore the original template design
Invoice Content¶
Each receipt can display: - Product name and quantity - Unit price and total price - Discounts applied - Shipping charges - Taxes (if applicable) - Final order total - Payment method (COD, prepaid, etc.)
This ensures receipts are compliant and clear for customers and accounting purposes.

- Use a single active receipt for consistency
- Include full business details for tax and legal compliance
- Match receipt branding with your store theme
- Keep totals, discounts, and taxes clearly visible
- Test receipt layout before activating
