Failed Payments¶
Failed payments occur when a transaction does not complete successfully.
Common reasons for failure¶
- Insufficient funds
- Network or bank issues
- Incorrect card or UPI details
- Customer abandoning checkout
- Gateway timeout
How Shoptsy handles failed payments¶
- Order may remain in Pending or Failed state
