The Notifications settings allow you to manage all automated email and SMS communications sent to your customers. These notifications keep customers informed about their account activity, orders, and important updates while maintaining consistent branding.


Customer Notifications

Customers automatically receive email and SMS notifications for key actions and events. Each notification template can be reviewed and customized individually.

You can: - View notification content - Edit email templates - Localize notifications for different languages - Send test emails before publishing changes


Customize Email Templates

Use Customize Email Templates to control the visual appearance of all outgoing emails.

What you can customize:

Customer Email Notifications

These emails are triggered automatically based on customer actions:

B2B Access Email

Sent when a customer is added to a company account for B2B ordering.

Use case: - Welcome B2B buyers - Provide account access instructions


Contact Customer

Sent when you manually contact a customer from: - Orders page - Customer profile

This email can be edited before sending.


Customer Account Change Email

Automatically sent when a customer requests to change their account email address.


Customer Account Invite

Sent to customers with instructions to activate their account.

Useful for: - New customer onboarding - Inviting staff or B2B buyers


Customer Account Password Reset

Automatically sent when a customer requests a password reset.

Includes: - Secure reset link - Account recovery instructions


Customer Account Welcome

Sent after a customer successfully activates their account.

Ideal for: - Welcoming new customers - Encouraging first purchases


Email Template Editor

When editing a notification, you can:

  • Preview the email layout
  • Edit Title and Subject
  • Modify email body content
  • Insert dynamic variables (e.g., customer name, store name)
  • Localize content for different languages
  • Send a test email
  • Edit HTML/code if required

Each notification supports localization.
